Mo McHone

Mo McHone, a North Caronlina native, came to Sioux Falls after winning a CBA Title with the Yakima Sun Kings the previous season. Over 6 and a half seasons, he became the winningest coach in the regular season and playoffs for the Skyforce franchise. He led the Skyforce to their first CBA Title in 1996 over the Fort Wayne Fury. The following season his team posted a record of 47-9 which still stands as the best regular season record in franchise history. Over his time with the Skyforce, he helped 21 players receive 25 NBA call-ups. He went on to become an assistant coach with the Detroit Pistons and LA Clippers.
